Please note that we ship our products and merchandise from different warehouses. To keep costs low for all our customers, we calculate specific shipping fees based on the individual effort required for your order.

Which countries do you ship to and how much does it cost?

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

For shipping to Austria, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 for orders under €25. For orders over €25, the shipping fee is reduced to €3.99. Orders over €115 are shipped free of charge.

For shipping to other European countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €14.90 for orders under €89.99. For orders over €89.99, the shipping fee is reduced to €7.50. 

How long does delivery take?

Orders received by 3:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped on the next business day.

In Germany, you will receive your delivery 1–2 business days after shipping. In Austria, delivery takes 3–5 business days after shipping.

Which courier delivers my order?

In Germany and Austria, orders are delivered by DPD. For all other countries, orders are shipped via DHL.

Currently, we only ship to the countries mentioned above.

How long does delivery take?

In Germany, you will receive your delivery 2–3 business days from the order date. In Austria, you will receive your delivery 4–5 business days from the order date.

Which courier delivers my order?

In Germany, orders are delivered by DHL. In all other countries, shipping is handled by other logistics providers.
