This recipe is the interpretation of our customer Henry and is based on the viral recipe of the #uunifetapasta , made famous in Finland by Liemessa and known there as Tik Tok Pasta.
  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to a hot 200°C. It's going to be hot, folks!
  2. Tomato party: Grab the cherry tomatoes and throw them into an ovenproof baking dish. Pour the good olive oil over them and season well with salt and pepper and add the crushed garlic. Mix everything well - we want every tomato to get something!
  3. Feta in the spotlight: Place the block of feta in the middle of the baking pan, surrounded by the tomatoes. Turn it a few times so that the feta is also nice and oily and seasoned.
  4. Into the oven: Put the baking tin in the preheated oven and bake everything for 35 minutes. The tomatoes should burst and the feta should melt nicely - yeah!
  5. Pasta time: While the oven is working its magic, cook the pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente – as directed on the packet. Drain the pasta and save half a cup of the cooking water – it might still be useful.
  6. Coriander & Boiled Peanuts Boost: As soon as the tomatoes and feta are ready, add the finely chopped coriander and the Boiled Peanuts Teriyaki and mix everything well. It will be an explosion of flavor!
  7. Pasta meets feta: Now put the pasta in the baking dish. Mix everything well again. Finally, garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Tip: If it gets too dry, just add the pasta water you saved. Bon Appétit, Whacky style!
