Oven-roasted boiled peanuts by Sabine

  1. Preheat the oven to 200° C with convection and grill (important).
  2. Place the Boiled Peanuts Umami in a sieve and rinse with lukewarm water. Drain well.
  3. Place boiled peanuts in a bowl and mix well with oil and salt.
  4. Spread boiled peanuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven.
  5. Remove boiled peanuts from the oven after 15 minutes. Allow to cool and serve warm in a bowl as a snack.
