- For the dough, melt 50g butter, mix together flour, 50g sugar, salt, vanilla extract, dry yeast and lukewarm milk. Then knead into a smooth dough, cover with a cloth and leave to rise for about 1.5 hours.
- For the cream, mix together the remaining butter and sugar, cinnamon, chocolate cream and chopped boiled peanuts salted caramel.
- After the dough has risen, knead it again and roll it out into a rectangle about 0.5 cm thick.
- Spread the cream evenly over the dough. To make the rolls, roll up the dough from the long side and cut into equal-sized slices using a sharp knife.
- Spread the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let them rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Bake the rolls in the oven on the middle rack for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
