Chili con Carne with Boiled Peanuts Spicy

- Peel the onions, dice finely and fry in oil in a deep pan. Add the minced meat and fry well. Stir occasionally and chop the minced meat.
- Wash the peppers, cut into cubes and add to the minced meat. Add tomato paste and fry a little. Add the tomatoes, garlic and spices (salt, pepper, paprika, chili, cayenne pepper, cumin).
- Strain the kidney beans and corn, rinse thoroughly and add together with the Boiled Peanuts Spicy. Add the stock and simmer with the lid on for 40-50 minutes over a low to medium heat.
- Finally, taste and add more seasoning if necessary. Arrange on deep plates and serve with nachos.
